Bacteria in Hairspray Discovered by Japanese Scientists
A new-to-science species from the International Institute for Species Exploration at Arizona State University.
Who would have thought that hairspray can be contaminated with microbacteria? Japanese scientists have discovered a new species of bacteria that can survive in hairspray. It has been named Microbacterium hatanonis in honor of Dr. Kazunori Hatano, a prominent researcher in the field of microbacteria.
